TeraCopy's user interface is a pair of efficient dialogs, one an icon-based control panel that you use to add, copy, move, test, and delete files, and a second interface that pops up to do the work. After we installed TeraCopy, it opened with this second interface in minimized mode, a tiny dialog with twin file directory fields--one for source files, the other for the target folder--that double as progress bars for file transfers.

TERRA COPY is a good program but has some irritating aspects to it. Many times it reports thyat a program needs to be updated but the update is a lower version than the program already installed. Or what my currant problem is. Terra Copy reports it has a new version of Terra Copy 2.2. But the latest version IS 2.2. I have run the "new" update 2 times, even uninstalled the program, but i still see that terra copy needs to be updated to version 2.2. This just won't go away!

It can resume broken file transfers, skip bad files during copy and even shows the skipped files at the end of files transfer, calculates files CRC checksum on the fly to speed up source and target files comparsion.

Great product! I accidentally turned off my laptop while copying a few large files from it to my desktop, and Teracopy allowed me to pause and resume after booting my laptop back up.
