If you currently smoke, this program helps you to do the following:
1. Become a nonsmoker.
2. No longer have any urges or cravings to smoke.
3. Break up the subconscious muscle habit pattern that was created by you smoking.
4. Helps you handle stress and not be irritable as a nonsmoker.
5. Replaces the "empty feeling" with a carefree "fulfilled" feeling.
6. Have NO increased desire to eat, or do any other habits to replace smoking.
7. No longer think about smoking.
8. Be a polite nonsmoker, one who is not rude to other smokers just because you no longer smoke. You will feel comfortable being around other smokers.
9. Heal the lungs and throat of all the damage from the smoke in order to create better breathing and healing faster over time.
I encourage you to become the nonsmoker you desire. you can use this session if you smoke anything tobacco, so that includes cigarettes, cigars, or anything else you can smoke. You could even use it for chewing if you don't mind the mentioning of smoking in the session. It would still be effective.
