About Anna Richardson
Anna Richardson was a self confessed serial dieter. You name it, she tried the diet. And failed. In 2007, Anna investigated the world of extreme diets for Channel 4’s Supersize v Superskinny. Stepping on the scales for the first time in seven years, she received a nasty shock, and resolved to take action. Road testing fad diets for the show, Anna discovered that they simply do not work. Instead, Anna developed her own, straight forward healthy eating plan: The Body Blitz Diet. Anna lost two stone and has never looked back.
