If you receive a monthly invoice please enter your account details during the initial set up, and once you enter your PIN code you'll find that booking a minicab is even faster than ringing the call centre.
All Cash and Credit Card bookings are quoted before you press Confirm. Credit Card bookings are subject to a Booking fee.
If you need a quote just start booking but do not confirm unless you really want a car to arrive.

Thanks to the iPhone's GPS capabilities, you don't even need to enter your address, simply press "Find my location" and your phone will display a list of streets, just add the door number and company or pub name. We will then send a text with the Drivers details and mobile number so that you may contact him if required. If you'd rather enter a precise address, simply choose the "Enter my address" option. Then enter your full postcode and choose when you want your vehicle to arrive - ASAP will be within 10 minutes for central London, but you can book cabs days or even weeks in advance.

Once your minicab is booked you will receive confirmation and a job number - the job number guarantees that your vehicle will be sent as requested. If for any reason you don't receive a job number confirmation, please rebook your car. For any technical assistance email itsupport@addisonlee.com.
When a driver is on his way we will send you a text with the Drivers mobile number. Call the Driver directly to find out where he is.
