Cernach: Helpful but fails to deliver its promise.On the plus side, I found the app really handy to remind me and help me track regular exercise sessions. It did help me gain strength. OTOH, after 10 sessions it had worked me up to doing a total of 231 per session (in sets of 18-20) and it said I should now be able to do 100 in a row. How many could I do? 60. I'm looking for another app...

Eric: Motivational.I have a FB page called "36,500 Push Ups in 2012" where followers are doing 100 per day. I am confident this will help all of them. Many started Jan. 1st only able to do a few.

Mo: Great application!Awesome! I started of with the goal of 50, and it actually worked! Is easy at first, but the workout gets harder the next days. It also adapts the next workout based on how you felt this workout was.
