• Quote and buy a Progressive car insurance policy in minutes, right from your phone. Snap a picture of your driver's license or insurance card*, or scan a VIN, and we’ll fill in this information automatically using our exclusive optical character recognition technology. *Our new Image Capture feature is available for users in 28 states, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SD, TX, VA, WA, & WI. Please note that the image capture feature does not support portrait-oriented driver's licenses at this time.
• Take advantage of the contact information stored on your phone to quickly add your information into your quote or use GPS to easily add your location information. Please note we only use contact information as a convenience when you initiate an auto quote, and strictly with the user's permission. We do not access any other contact information in any way for any purpose.
• Find and connect with a local agent. Have us use your current location, or enter a ZIP code to start your search.
• Get crash test ratings and vehicle recall information, and use budget and monthly payment calculators when you’re shopping for a car. You can even compare insurance costs; just scan the VINs of up to three vehicles to see how they stack up.
